We require proof of core vaccinations and Bordetella/kennel cough. Puppies are welcome once fully vaccinated. Please keep monthly flea/tick prevention current and let us know about any allergies or meds.
Dogs without up-to-date vaccinations will not be allowed into the daycare.
Any bookings made without meeting these requirements will still be charged in full.
A short, friendly intro at TailHaus to make sure your pup is comfy in a group setting. We’ll check recall, play style, and stress signals. If needed, we’ll suggest a gradual start.
Small, compatible play groups, constant human supervision, secure fencing, health checks on arrival, and incident reporting. We separate by size/energy where needed.
Dormitory-style, cage-free sleeping with soft bedding and calm lighting. Night checks, cuddle breaks, and soothing music. Early morning yard time before breakfast.

As a pet care facility, we are unable to accept unsterilised dogs over 6 months of age for any bookings.

Absolutely! Puppies are welcome once they’re fully vaccinated.
We follow your dog’s schedule; just bring clearly labeled meals.
We can administer simple oral or topical meds with written instructions.
We’ll assess suitability at the meet & greet. In some cases, a gradual introduction is best.
We’ll contact you immediately and, if needed, arrange vet care with your approval.
Yes, we group dogs by play style, size, and temperament for safe, happy play.
Of course — familiar items help them feel at home. We also provide beds, blankets, and enrichment toys.
Yes, we check in regularly and make sure all dogs are safe, calm, and comfortable through the night.
